Terms and Conditions

School Certification

This driver training school is certified by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) in accordance with Georgia Law, Title 43, Chapter 13 (The Driver Training School and Commercial Driving Training School License Act). All driving instructors employed by the school are certified by the Georgia Department of Driver Services as required by law.

Lesson Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

Students may cancel or reschedule driving lessons without penalty by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice prior to the scheduled lesson time.
Tuition paid for driving lessons will be refunded if proper notice of cancellation is received at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled lesson. Students who fail to provide the required notice or who do not appear for a scheduled lesson ("no-show") will forfeit payment for that lesson and will not be entitled to a refund. No-show lessons can be rescheduled for a fee of $50.

Course Completion

Completion of any course offered by the school does not guarantee that a student will receive a driver's license or pass any examination administered by the Georgia Department of Driver Services. No owner, instructor, employee, or representative of the school shall make any representation, either expressed or implied, that successful completion of a course guarantees the issuance of a driver's license.
Upon successful completion of the course requirements, the school will provide the student with appropriate documentation certifying course completion.

Performance Bond

For the protection of students' contractual rights, the school maintains a performance bond in the principal amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), issued by a company authorized to conduct business in the State of Georgia, as required by applicable law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the enrollment agreement and any written policies provided by the school, constitute the entire agreement between the student and the driver training school. No verbal statements, representations, promises, or agreements shall be binding unless they are included in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the school.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a course, scheduling lessons, or signing the enrollment agreement, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
